Parents can set up a routine for eating patterns. Food filled with nutrition
such as milk, fruits, healthy vegetables should be provided to kids. During
evening time some of their favorite healthy snacks can be prepared for them. Once
their tummy is full, they stay happy. As kids are into lot of physical activities,
they should drink sufficient water to stay hydrated. Kids should exercise daily
to stay active. They can get involved in indoor and outdoor activities such as
swimming, skating, basketball, football, cricket, jumping, running,

During summer kids should wear light
clothes especially, cotton or light colored clothes are preferred as it keeps
them cool and absorbs the sweat. Kids should avoid playing out in the sun as it
