6. Please do not
over exert your body
Exercise is good and important but please do
not over do it. Slow and passive workouts will be more beneficial than
hyperactive workouts. Over doing exercises will wear you out and cause
dizziness and fatigue. Workout but in moderation, and it will keep you as well
as your baby happy.
7. NO giving
sudden jerks to the body
A big NO NO, please make sure whatever you do,
do it slowly and vigilantly. No getting up fast from the floor at any
circumstances. Keep your pace slow for everything. Slow walking, slowly
climbing stairs, slow paced workouts, sitting and getting up from the floor
also slowly. Taking care and not giving any kind of jerk to the body is crucial
for you and your baby.
8. Keep your
body relaxed and mind clam
Doctors and health care practitioners have
always maintained exercising is important as it keeps your body active and mind
fresh and calm. So under all circumstances it is essential to be calm and
peaceful. Any kind of stress or excitement can create issues for you. During
pregnancy along with exercising some meditation should be done too. Meditation
will help you stay calm and relaxed. A calm mind helps the baby also be restful
and peaceful inside the womb.
9. Making
exercise a habit.
Pre or post pregnancy exercises are a habit you
must not break. Some kind of activity is very crucial all thru. Keeping
yourself fit and active will always have positive benefits on you and your baby.
During pregnancy exercises will keep you fit and help your muscles ease their
stiffness, exercising during pregnancy definitely helps in easing the labor
process. Post pregnancy workouts will help you regain your lost stamina and
also help you in regaining your pre –pregnancy body figure faster.
10. Keeping a
physical trainer or guide.
It isn't necessary that you must hire a
physical trainer, that is if you have a simple workout regime of walking and
some stretch exercises. But if you are planning to hit the gym for your
workouts then hiring a physical trainer is a must. yoga practitioner can also
be hired if you are planing a prolonged yoga session, but for simple asanas you
can follow a good practitioners DVD, or even do it yourself.
